The Osprey Lanai 03 is over 2500 sq ft of living space featuring the following items:
Master KING Bedroom, a Guest KING Bedroom, a QUEEN Bedroom & a BUNK room and 3 Full size bathrooms.
Cox Cable HD TV w/ Premium channels & Wireless Internet service!
It has polished travatine marble tiled floors thru out except all of the bedrooms are all carpeted.
The Master Bedroom has a TV/DVD, a Master bath featuring a jacuzzi spa tub, a walk-in shower, commode room, 12 foot of custom made cabinets with marble tops, double bowl sinks, dressing table and a 10 x12 ft walk in closet.
The living room has ample seating featuring two sofas, 3 chairs and large 55' flat screen TV with surround sound stereo through-out the condo.
The breakfast area has seating for 4 along with a dining room table seating 6.
The kitchen has custom made cabinets with GE Profile appliances, a tile floor & is fully equipped.
The laundry room has a large capacity GE washer & dryer.    Their is also a large pantry for your supplies.
Custom lighting has been installed through out the condo.
The condo has 5 floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the large 2200 sq ft porcelain tiled balcony / deck.
Entry to the deck from the dining room, thru the living room and/or from the Master bedroom is optional.
The Osprey L-03 is a corner condo with an unobstructed view. 
From any of these locations you have a magnificent view of the Emerald Bay inter-coastal water way or the Optic lighted Lazy River and pools.
The largest balcony deck in the resort!   On the spacious 1100 sq foot balcony deck, you have 2 tables w/ 10 chairs plus 4 lounges.
On the lower deck patio overlooking the Bay, you have a 4 person private Hot Tub Jacuzzi and a private BBQ gas grill or a Weber charcoal grill if you desire..

Osprey building guests can enjoy their own private pool, if a quieter atmosphere is desired.   The oasis of pools & lazy river lagoon offer tubes for floating and playing in the optic lighted river.   There is also a large heated pool with a waterfall, two large Spa Hot tubs & other pools.  There is also a large tiled area to sunbathe with numerous lounges and chairs with tables & umbrellas.   There is a complex sound system with the sounds of "beach music" for your enjoyment. 

As a Destin West Guest, you also have easy access to the Gulf side.  It is a short walk over the Sky Bridge which has elevators on each side making it easy to access the Gulf.   On the Gulf side, you have 4 miles of private Sugar Sands Beach to enjoy.  There is magnificent children's water playground along with 4 more pools, showers and bathrooms.     We have 6 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas stored in the garage for your use.   There is a state of the art Fitness Center and several on-site restaurants for your pleasure on  the Gulf side of the resort.
