In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. From beach snacks to homemade meals, the full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances you need, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. After you've had your fill of sun and fun, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV.
THINGS TO KNOW
- For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room.
- The bunk beds are located in an open area, not in a separate bedroom.
- Unit includes pack-n-play for toddler and infant use.
- Beach chair and umbrella services are an optional add-on for your trip.
- Per the HOA rules, pets are not allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs. Parking passes are required. Two passes will be in the welcome packet inside the condo upon arrival.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Wonderfully decorated condo that had everything we could have ever needed for our stay. The complex was great! Loved the resort feel that the bay side offered and the walking bridge provided easy access to the beach. The complex is perfectly positioned to great restaurants and attractions. We ventured out to the Gulfarium with the kids and ate at he Boardwalk restaurants multiple nights which are less than a half mile from the complex. Will definitely be coming back to this condo again in the future! Thank you for a great vacation!

Awesome!
We have stayed at Destin West multiple times and love the property. We prefer the bay side so we're by the pool and lazy river, but staying at this property also gives you access to the beach front across the street AND the grotto pool/property next door at The Island. Great for kids and teens who would like variety and (when old enough) some freedom to move around safely on their own. The condo unit was great-nicely updated, plenty of space for our group of 4. Clean, well appointed, it was great!!

Great place to stay.
We loved the condo, location, beach and lazy river!!! It was clean, had large rooms, a fantastic view of the lazy river and was very quiet. The master bed was extremely comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was set up with everything you'd need. Check in and out was SUPER easy with clear instructions.

Best Time Ever!
For 2 weeks, this gorgeous condo was home. The condo was very clean and easily accessible. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything one might need. With views of the bay, as well as a lazy river and pools, the balcony was a great place for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Restaurants and family activities are in abundance and the condo was so close to all of it. Definitely making a return trip!

Everything you need!
A great place for all ages! Kids will love the pool(s) available! Very spacious layout where you don’t feel over crowded by other guests. The beach chairs are a fantastic addition to the stay. Come and go as you please without a worry. Location is fantastic and so close to restaurants/attractions. Great shopping and dolphin views! 10/10 recommend.

Great Place to Stay!
This beautiful, comfortable condo is so close to fantastic restaurants and fun, family activities if you even want to venture away from the pool and lazy river! The chair service was a great plus for the long, relaxing days on the beach! Now to find another couple of weeks to return!
